When To Use
• Medicare approved for ulcers under code A6545-AW
• Patient requires a compressive liner; the Transition Liner
provides 10-15mmHg in the foot and ankle
• Mild foot compression in liner is desired
• Ability to wear standard footwear over liner is desired
• Lymphedema
• Edema
• Chronic venous disease (CVD)
• Chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) including,
but not limited to: ulcer due to venous stasis
• Lipedema
